Oh fantastic! I did wonder where Canberra got the idea to run a similar event. Of course it was Melbourne. 🙂 The Cathedral looks incredible, Flinders Street looks pretty fab too. Looks like a brilliant event, will have to pop in my 2016 calendar.
Interesting!! When/what is Canberra’s event?
This must have been such a magical experience, the photos are extraordinary!
It was heaps of fun!! You MUST come to Melbourne some time!! 😀 Thanks for stopping by 🙂
Wow, I’ve never hear of this event. Does it happen only once a year?
It reminds me a little bit of the Festival of Lights I saw in Berlin, that was a bit different though and it lasted for about 10 days, have you ever seen it?
Yes, just once a year, normally the last weekend on February. This was its third year. I believe Rome, Paris and St Petersburg also have White Night events! I’ll search for the the Berlin Festival of Lights – sounds similarly enticing!
Wow, it’s absolutely beautiful! I’m very impressed by most of the pictures and I wish I was there!
You’ll just have to come, Agness! 😀
Nice set of photos Tim and of course I recognise a few since I was there 🙂
2015 was certainly better than 2014 although a few exhibits left me a little bewildered to say the least.
I thought the animation show at Carlton Gardens was superb and the highlight for me this year.
Thank you!! Yes, Agree on all points! Hopefully next year the balance will be just right 🙂
