Cute and crumbly: Melbourne Gingerbread Village

gingerbread villageHow cute is this? Epicure’s Culinary Centre have put together an entire village in miniature, made almost completely out of gingerbread for the festive season!

gingerbread villageThere’s a gingerbread MCG, a gingerbread Arts Centre, a gingerbread Luna Park, a gingerbread Melbourne Town Hall, and a whole bunch of other sugary structures like castles, churches and even a small train network.

gingerbread villageAt the end of it all there’s a small cafe where you can taste some of the stuff you’ve just been gazing at.

gingerbread villageThe free event is taking place in the Melbourne Town Hall, on the corner of Little Collins Street and Swanston Street in the city centre, 10am – 9pm every day until Christmas!
