Expat and Muslim in Pakistan

Last year I wrote a guest post for Diary of a Serial Expat entitled Expat and Muslim in Australia a brief guide to what it’s like living and working in Australia as a Muslim, particularly for foreign workers.

The brains behind Diary of a Serial Expat, Jameela Deen, is a blogger who I really admire; her work in explaining the cultural and social interactions in the societies in which she has travelled is unique and praiseworthy. So when she invited me to write a similar piece about what it means to be Muslim and expat in Pakistan, I was happy to contribute!

And stay tuned because this weekend, Jameela features on UrbanDuniya in a Ramadan special UrbanLegends interview, talking about her favourite city in the world! Any guesses where that might be?
